this place was an absoluteley disappointing experience. my room was next to an entrance door that slammed, keeping me up all night. plus, who wants a twin bed when they order a double? a room upgrade woudl ve been nice but clearly that was too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, just couldn’t, though.

We enjoyed being right in the heart of Rome, surrounded by superb local restaurants and cafes. The spontaneity of grabbing a quick lunch nearby was a highlight. Our stay was enhanced by the helpful staff who provided a cozy atmosphere, perfect for my wife and two sons.
In my wife’s opinion, the room was a bit cramped for our family.
